Starson17: Agreed, a feature to merge tags would be useful.
My perspective on the "downloaded social metadata" tags is that they were meaningful to somebody (or maybe many somebodies) but they are not usually meaningful to me without review. I'd rather add the book untagged and tag it when I have time to do it right.
But hey, we each get to decide the best way, right?
