The rumors I've heard (for what little rumors are worth) is that it'll be Android based.

Considering what I'm hearing about restrictions with Apple's SDK, delays in releasing apps, clashes with Adobe etc., I'm reasonably certain a GooTablet will be more open. Whether that results in a superior product, I'm not 100% sure. Especially after using a Droid phone for a week or so.
