Cheese (all dairy) is very high in fat. Munch on cucumber slices... put them in a shallow dish and put some vinegar in it and sprinkle a little Mrs. Dash on it. Or, just snack on celery sticks... they are nice and crunchy if fresh. Or, perhaps a few oz's of raw nuts... not commercially roasted, they aren't great... but better than cheese.
