I actually wasn't thinking of language difficulties when I mentioned improving communications, although, for sure, that is also a barrier. I was referring to the style of communications, and the formalisation of the bug/feature reporting and tracking. This can happen, even though you are two separate companies, in fact, it is the best way to handle your supplier/customer relationship.
