MyEZRead has a (lack of) support issue.

At 0900 I sent a message about a book I paid for over the weekend, that generate "Error" when I tried to retrieve it.
It is now 17:00 and no contact.

Not good service./ I waited till Monday to file a request for service for a weekend problem. Flog the PM again.
