And let me tell you something about Burger King (a fast-food franchise; I don't know if you have BKs in France). They advertise "Have it your way." One of their former jingles even says, "Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us." Sure! But just try going into one and saying, "I'd like a hamburger, plain, no condiments, and hold the bun."
