I saw today a Canadian (from Vancouver, I think) post that his local Costco has the Aluratek Libre for C$149. You might want to look at that before you make up your mind.

Also Newegg has a sale until April 12 - the jetBook Lite for US$99.99. I have one, and am generally quite pleased with it.

I am from Calgary but living in Kingston these last 2 years, moving to Ottawa in 4 months.

I will take a look at that aluratek libre.

If I could order to Canada from newegg.com theres a pretty good chance I would get that jetbook lite right now since our dollars are almost par. But its 139.99 at newegg.ca which is still a solid price but going to research it a bit more before I pick (likely between the kobo, and the 2 you mentioned since they are in my price range)
