The history:
She wanted to buy me a birthday present and when I said that maybe I could use some sort of portable device to read books, so we didn't have to take any heavy hardback editions when we were going on holiday, she said Go for it! A spooky coincidence...it happened in October 2006. When I went to another forum and asked for a piece of advice regarding the gadget, I was told that Sony was the best for my eyes because of eInk....after some research I realised that eInk was the only acceptable option for me because I did not want to strain my eyes anymore than I already did. Unfortunately, I found out that they didn't sell it outside of the USA. I decided to wait for a while (my birthday was in February anyway
)...then in January I gave up on waiting and (lucky me) found bhphotovideo and joined mobilereader a few days after I received the reader.
