you know it's funny people are harping on the overheating issues. a few people complained that if they run their ipad out in the blazing sun that it shuts itself down for protection. i wonder how well their other devices would fare in the same environments? laptops would have fans a blazing and would start to glitch out. ever use an eink display in the blazing sun on a hot day? the display starts to lag and discolor big time.
electronic devices don't like extreme temps. that's a fact. no matter what the device is.
