That's why I added "once you get it set up". For me who frequently install and uninstall the OS I make sure I have all data on a separate partition so It's just the OS and the programs that needs configuration.

Another more easy way is to use the program Acronis True Image and regularly take snapshot images of your hard-drive. This saves a lot of time on the restore process and you will get a system that looks exactly as the previous one. I use it all the time and couldn't be happier since it saves me a lot of time otherwise spent on configuration.
