Thanks, but it does the same thing as all the other PDF converters that I have tried - it inserts the page headers/footers into the text and makes it really annoying to read. I have spent time cleaning up my favourite ebooks that I re-read many times, but for a one-off read it isn't worth it!!

I am a fan of pre-1980s SF but the only pbooks I kept (due to space limitations) were the Heinleins. Nowadays it's mostly mysteries and my TBR list is in the hundreds (I am thrilled to say) after going hog-wild on Gutenberg and also downloading public domain stuff here on Mobileread. Not to mention shopping at Fictionwise! I'm sure you will enjoy this forum, it has become a must-do daily visit for me!
