Yes, indeed - "Paradise Towers", with Sylvester McCoy. That season was probably the low point of the whole 26-year original run. Shocking scripts. The controller of BBC1 thought that it had become "too frightening" for children, and completely ruined the whole thing by demanding "scare-free" stories.
