i'm going to make an official request to be credited all the days my connexion was interrupted, and also reimbursed for the wifi key i had to buy in the meantime (29€). my internet connection is my work tool, i can't afford to be without it, i pay them for a service and if they can't provide it i shouldn't have to pay.

i could switch but really objectively this one is the best, when everything is going well. it's competitively priced (30€/ month), excellent bandwidth and it keeps improving (for the same price), free unlimited telephone including international calls... the problem is that when something goes wrong it can become a nightmare.

but that's not necessarily specifically limited to them...
