Dead and Gone is next in the series (of novels, at least - I don't have the volume of short stories, as the price asked was ridiculous. Hmm... I see that Amazon have it at $10.99. But since I could buy the hardcover new for £5.20 ($7.99) - including postage (as I have Amazon Prime), that's not very attractive.)
