Keep in mind, those in the US cannot check the prices or availability outside the US. There are no indicators to us as to where it can be sold, nor it is easy to change our addresses (with over a hundred countries, we would need a valid mailing address in each one, and an huge amount of time; by the time we checked each one, the deal may be gone or I know that I'd have long ceased to care about posting it for those who are interested to enjoy). And although Amazon had only been charging the wireless access charge and VAT on free titles to international customers prior to the Agency model, it is now up to the publisher to set the price in every single country.

I've already started seeing reports of truly free books in AU, so it is apparently only a matter of time before other countries have the same.

All three are from Christian publishers; one is non-fiction, while with the thriller it's hard to tell how much that is a part of the plot/contents.
