I love books that fit into more that one genre, like Sci-Fi mixed with mystery (which is why I published
Blood Orbit). What are some other good Genre mash-ups that you don't normally see? Like are there any good Fantasy/Detective novels out there, or Comedy/Thrillers, or Action/Documentaries?
Some of mash ups I have found are
Soulless (The Parasol Protectorate) a mix of Victorian politics and monsters
Dream Park a detective story with science fiction setting and fantasy holograms
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies kind of self explanatory there :-)
Any you can think of?
