I've finally managed to get around to checking my email and found BoB's rather sheepish "oops, it's going to take us until at least mid-April to get this sorted" email.

Had all the other retailers been as slow I could have understood their issue. However I've just bought a Penguin book from Cyber Read that still isn't available from BoB, ebooks.com, Diesel or Amazon (having been a pre-order and then withdrawn 2 days before release). Looks like all ebook retailers are equally unprepared...except some seem more unprepared than others.

Having finally caved and paid $7.99 for a book from Cyber Read, I now can't validate it in Mobipocket Reader because for some reason Cyber Read won't recognise my password and the password reminder button doesn't seem to be working. And where is Cyber Read's customer services? On lunch? For the past 5 hours? Argh! So close and yet so far. [sigh] Rant over.

[UPDATE] I take it all back. Cyber Read are lovely people and I'm now a happy reader.
