I have a hard time with that. If that were true. Then the US shouldn't exist. India would of never freed itself from Britain. Pakistan wouldn't exist. South Africa would still be run by apartheid. Ethics is what the law should be derived from. Law without ethics is unsupportable. The world has shown that over and over.
