For the "exclusivity" bit:

1. I know others bash all the DRM schemes, I was just talking to joblack who has repeatedly just attacked Apple for it like they're the only one's that do it.
I critized other DRM schemes (Adobe Adept, ...) as well but Apple is the digital content company with the most crippled products ...
