Well, I thought maybe I should be more specific about the messages my computer is giving me. So I put the SD card in, opened Windows Explorer, and clicked on the G: drive. After a few minutes of thinking, my computer came up with the message
Quote:
The disk in drive G is not formatted.
Do you want to format it now?
So I clicked 'yes.' Windows Explorer stopped working for a bit (the whole window just went white for a bit while it was thinking), then the following message popped up.
Quote:
There is no disk in drive G.
Insert a disk, and then try again.
I clicked ok, and that's that. I've tried doing a restart, and I still cannot see the contents of the SD card. This puzzles me, because it was working ok in the reader this morning... the trouble didn't start until I popped the disk into my computer. I put the SD card back into my Pocket Pro to see if it would work, and it works just fine. So I got my USB cord out and connected it to the computer, and voila, the computer suddenly sees the removable disk! This is just too weird. I will keep playing with it and if I figure out what I'm doing, I'll post an update.
