Dear All:
I am definitely NOT saying anything remotely troubling or bad about LBook firmware or others that are made for V3 and V5. They may be wonderful... but I would not know... and our techs would not know.
I am ONLY trying to say that having Astak firmware upgrades on there will likely make tech support (from our perspective and yours) easier! At least that way we can rule out any conflict from firmware upgrades we have zero expertise in. You would not want us telling you something to solve a problem with no knowledge. We admit we have zero knowledge about these other firmware upgrades.
Our tech people are highly competent about our own devices running our own firmware. Anything other may run fine; but could also conflict and we would never know.
