Gordon's. I'm not a very sophisticated cook. Right from the freezer to the oven. I'm doing better with the vegetables these days since the introduction of bags that steam right in the microwave. And it's pretty hard to screw-up rice.
When I cook, I go heavy on the vegetables and starches and light on the meat. It's just the opposite when my wife cooks.
Our ex-DIL moved out a couple of days ago, and I miss her cooking; although she was also went overboard on meat, especially red meats and pork. But she knew how to cook fish that would melt in your mouth!
