captcha could be for only the first post, I noticed a recent pattern with a nonsense posting and then going back to edit it, is there a bad language filter? Could add the urls and certain keywords like company names to it to be filted out at least then the spam would only get through when they switch domains.
edit: it seems banning the account and then editing the post into a bad review at least annoys them found at
