If you download via a web browser you currently always get the eReader version. If I am wrong and you get the ePub, see Barnes & Noble DRM for EPUB circumvented. The point and click ignobleepub.pyw is definitely simpler to use that ereader2html.py. If you want to check it out, the Windows B&N app will usually download the ePub version if there is one. So currently you can usually get both formats (eReader via a browser, ePub via the Windows app).
