Actually, that's the most convincing part of Mr. Cole's story. Since Mountain Dew is made by PepsiCo, a worldwide distribution seems plausible. And if any soft drink could serve as fuel for a 'time machine power unit'—which is what the time traveller was searching for when apprehended—surely it would be Mountain Dew.

Actually I'm waiting for the press release that explains that it was all an April Fool's joke.
