Hi! I just decided to try PRS+. It seemed simple enough, but I've managed to flub it up somehow.
I extracted the PRSP+1.0.2_Installer onto a formatted SD card. Plugged it into my PRS-505 and turned it on. It asked me to select a language, I picked English. Clicked through and it started installing and everything was checking out - OK. OK. OK. OK. down the line. Then it restarted. It locked up on the "Starting up..." screen. I waited about 10 minutes.. nothing.
I have tried resetting it - I paperclip the reset button on the back, and then flip the power switch. The screen goes blank for just a few seconds, in which time I quickly plug in the USB cable, but still it goes to the starting up screen and stays there.
While plugged in, the light flashes amber, and 3 removable devices appear under My Computer. but it is unable to access any of them. It says "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk E" (and F and G). Neither the Sony Reader software, nor Calibre can see the reader either.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
