I sent my PRS-500 in on a Thursday and it was returned by the next Wednesday. All shipments were UPS Overnight. The new upgrade is working fantastic. My battery, after reading 2 books about 300 pages each, has just dropped to 2 bars so I cannot complain. It's excellent service and I'm reading library books like crazy. Very satisfied Sony customer.
