Additional debug information has been added to the ticket on your site. I created 3 scenarios in case the data is different. With and without the SD Card installed and with the device mounted to the PC. Windows 7 only sees the device if you mount the drive via the eDGe. Even then it only sees the internal storage and not the SD Card. This seems to be a bit different than my Nook for example.
