Comics fans have never had it so good. There will also be a Captain America movie, an Ant Man movie, and a Thor movie, all leading to an Avengers movie with all of them, plus Iron Man and The Hulk probably in 2012.

The leader of the Avengers team, Nick Fury (played by Samuel Jackson), has already appeared in the first Iron Man movie and the Hulk reboot (2008).

These movies aren't exactly Citizen Kane, but I'm impressed that Hollywood has finally learned how to make movies that are true to the comics. Not to mention that they're a helluva lot of fun!
