Well my previous reader was an REB-1100, so the battery life isn't much of an issue.
What I like is the screen, the glare is minimal and less distracting, the screen text is very sharp.
What I don't like off the bat is that my pdfs are re-flowed, which sucks for my math texts which I wrote in LaTeX, I hope they correct this in the future, as I could easily write LaTeX files to fit the screen dimensions, and I would like to have something like this portable. The only option left I would have would be to convert the file to html, and then convert the html to epub, it would have all the preserved formulas, but it wouldn't as good as a pdf.
Also the device would let me skip to a page number, what's up with that?
