Both Diesel and Books on Board are reputable sites. I'm not real fond of Book on Board's website, and I think Fictionwise used to be cheaper with their Buyer's Club and sales, but now that the big publishers are switching to Agent Model pricing, that probably won't matter any more (and you can't join the Fictionwise Buyers' Club anywmore). You might find it easier to pick the retailer whose website you like best and primarily buy from them so that it's harder to accidentally buy a duplicate.
