Actually I lost 30 pounds over the last couple months. No fad diets used.
I went from ingesting 3500 cals a day to 1500 (totally quit drinking alcohol and eating sweets.)
I jog 5 miles every day with a weight vest and ankle weights (never missed a single day.) I also exercise during my hour and a half lunch break at work. Every other night I do crunches and sit ups along with my jog.
getting healthy sucks.

And I totally Admire you for it!!!
I'm trying to cut back, eat healthier and get out for walking everyday particularly now that the weather is warming up....
I'd love to get back to running every day myself.
