I'm sure other members have done similar with their birthdays. As a matter of fact, earlier last year, and VERY EARLY in the morning, I was checking the spot where the member birthdays are listed and saw no one I knew listed. Then poof . . . all of a sudden this member's name appears in the birthday list that wasn't there half an hour earlier (I KNOW it wasn't). I guess (s)he was like you and decided (s)he wanted his/her special day acknowledged. So I started a Happy Birthday thread for him/her.

I don't always notice the birthdays, or the birthday threads, so I apologize to those I might have missed acknowledging (and wish you all a belated or early birthday right now.) I know that's a pitiful attempt to make ammends, but . . .
