Good Morning T, thank you for the interest in our products! Because the power switch on the iRex is in the lower left hand corner, it was almost impossible to design a Jacket that would not cover the switch. The Device will need to be slightly removed from the Jacket to be powered on and off. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!

At least they are not trying to hide the fact.
