I'm a PP owner use Win7 and OSX everyday so I ended up selecting both, so that mey queer the numbers slightly

While Ubuntu is supposed to be easy to use, and usually is, its pretty common to run into issues which can be maddening and can't be solved without resorting to the Terminal.

While I've used it one and off for the last couple of years, trying out the new versions, the problems have stopped me from using it regularly, unlike Windows and OSX.
