Been buried to my neck in kitchen remodeling work and have been letting my PRS-500 collect dust in a drawer. No time for reading books or browsing mobileread.com. Imagine my surprise when I see a box from Sony in Laredo! I thought they accidentally sent me another reader.
This is without prompting (but I did send mine in for the first round of firmware flashing). I give great props to Sony for accepting their mistake!
