Since you figured it out you get a prize. I attached a zip file with the default tt0011m_.ttf (Dutch801 Rm BT) file that comes with the reader and another tt0011m_.ttf that is actually the free fontin font disguised as the default font.

I don't use lrf anymore, what font did you place on the reader for lrf?
