brilliant stuff. i love that wall-flip they do around their hands as a pivot. the thing about parkour is that it's so pure and efficient ; its grace comes from getting rid of everything superfluous. although i admit i love the stylie jumps and spins too, even if they're not in the truest spirit of parkour.

if you like parkour you might want to take a look at the film "
yamakasi" which features most of
the original parkour team. it's definitely quite a sight.
