Because SensualPoet is in Canada. Amazon adds 2 USD to the price when you buy from outside USA. It is assumed the 2 USD is wireless download fee (Amazon has never publicly stated it is). For me, buying from within EU, VAT is also added, so Amazon rarely has the best price.
