A PDB with credit card DRM is an eReader ebook. To strip the DRM you can use ereader2html.py, but you need to know the credit card number used as a password.
The store that sold you the ebook often includes a clue to the credit card name and number, and sometimes they will let you redownload the ebook with a new CC name and number.
