I am speculating from what I have read, but they appear to have made some deals in order to get the JBL promoted at sites like Fictionwise, so they have to make sure that it works as promised before they go on to the regular JB. And since the hardware is very similar, I suspect that once they are satisfied with JBL that it won't take long to bring it to the JB.
