The main reasons the Neo is better (for me) are:

1. It has full folder support. which makes it enormously easier to manage a large book collection.

2. It supports the open ePub book standard, rather than Amazon's proprietary format, meaning that you can buy books basically anywhere.

3. It has an excellent user interface, navigable with either the buttons or the stylus, but still retails the benefit of a touch screen for those operations which do benefit from it, such as highlighting and dictionary lookup.
