The font in the prs-600 definitely does NOT support all greek characters. You can get around this problem by either hacking it with the font of your choice (there is a thread about this here somewhere) or embedding the font in your ebooks (if they are epub). If the ebooks are pdf, they will be displayed correctly, I think.
