Counting only devices used as dedicated readers, I've had:
  • REB1100
  • Dell Axim v30
  • Sony PRS-500 (x2 -- one each for my wife and for me)
  • Sony PRS-700
My wife is now reading on an iPod Touch—and is very happy with it—but I didn't count it because it's certainly not used as a dedicated reader.
