Do you know "calibre"?
It's a great tool for converting files and managing your library.
There's a separate user forum for it here.
"calibre" does have server capabilities. So you can download from your own library via WiFi, as long as your reader has a webbrowser (nook, BeBook Neo, ...). I haven't tried it on BeBook Neo, but on nooknit's definitely working.
