I tried to post a review several days ago, but it never showed up. Interestingly enough someone named John got a 1 star review posted that mostly quotes one of my posts in this thread. So my words got posted in a review even though I didn't submit that particular review.
The important thing is we tried to do the right thing and warn people not to buy it unless they just want a photo/video viewer.
Oh well my next experiment should arrive tomorrow--a smartQ V7 I got used off of eBay. I hope it does a better job as a backlit reader. It has Archos, linux, and WinCE 6 pre-installed, so it should.
