I'm certainly not surprised that Delstar would only post positive comments; it's their product, after all. But I guess I'm more surprised by Walgreens...
I _tried_ to find a way to specify the pros and cons in such a way that it satisfied Walgreens review process, and it
appeared like my review was accepted, but it's still not on-line. Imagine that!
Anyway, I emailed Walgreens.com customer service asking them about the process by which these reviews get posted...I'm not confident I'll hear anything back, but I guess it's all a consumer can do...
