Well - last year I had switched to Quaker Oats rice cakes as a better nutritional choice for snacks - and one night I was polishing off a bag of mini rice cakes when I noticed something dark in the bag - turned out to be several cockroach legs.
I've never been able to eat another rice cake since then.
