Well, think of it this way: it means they don't drown their grapes in insecticide. I have never found any spider in French grapes. Is that a good thing? I don't know.
I also remember that when I was a kid, we would regularly find an insect in peaches (un perce-oreille - Google translate says earwigs?). Where have they gone? I haven't seen one in years. Not that I miss them as such, but I don't like what it means.
