When I was living in Japan, grapes were one of the rare fruits that could be bought in ordinary stores for a reasonable price. (The Japanese consider fruit as a delicacy. You usually find them in the basement of department stores - the food area - in intricate packaging, for presents.) There were often small balls of spiderweb stuck between the fruit. One day, I found that these spiderweb balls actually contained spider eggs. That was the day they all decided to hatch, and I found all those tiny spiders running around in my plate. That was fun
